It all began back in 1995 with an idea to start decorating cakes. After taking a few lessons and much practice I started designing all kinds of cakes. Since then I have attended and participated in the National Cake shows sponsored by I.C.E.S. My cakes have been featured in "Mailbox News", the "American Cake Decorating Magazine", and in the I.C.E.S. newsletter. I became the Arkansas State I.C.E.S. Rep in August 2001. Some of my designs have won "Best in Show", four 1st Place, and a 2nd Place awards.
