Unlike other firms, ESR is not just a data gathering service providing computer printouts or raw data. Our reports make the information easy to understand. Furthermore, ESR has a full time legal staff to ensure compliance with federal and state laws. CAUTION: Before retaining a screening firm, ask in detail if they have on staff anyone who is familiar with the screening laws in all 50 states.
