Hands Across the World started in 1999 and was re-designed in 2001. We are a non-profit organization providing free penpal service. We are like one big family with members ranging in different ages and from all over the world. Our goal is to unite the world in friendship. In conjunction to the web site, we have an inactive group called A-Friend. You are invited to join to maximize friendship possibilities.
