Ordinary items must be post-marked for return within 10 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling charges. Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging. Airmail Parcel Post typically delivers in 4-10 days but is not guaranteed. In-stock items are shipped same or next business day. Out-of-stock items are usually restocked within 5 days and are shipped as soon as they become available.
