This is an interesting exercise – define oneself. Well, let’s go straight to the point – I am absolutely perfect. And it’s an under-statement. The ideal lover, good-looking enough, romantic and sensitive, definitely mad, and god, so funny. People still wonder why I’m not in the Guinness book with all that. There is even a forum on the internet dedicated only to that now. With thousands of people connected every day. Technology is so amazing: hop, an hyperlink. Maybe I should copy and paste what’s posted there in here. It would be long but so flattering. Ok, bad joke, but still, joke. Back to reality, I am a 33yo Frenchman living in the Netherlands. Quite lonely as I don't know much people here. And I’m quite shy and no big fan of crowds in general. My job makes me travel a lot worldwide so it doesn't help. Although i do believe i value my loneliness, it seems to be time to meet somebody i care about and give her whatever is necessary to make her feel easy and happy. I am very easy going, casual and quiet. I am sensible and compassionate. I love my family and share most of their family values. I am a hard worker but I love to party when the company is good. I can’t cook, but I can eat, especially when it’s delicate and the wine is red. I see life like one watches TV – wanna-be ideas all mixed up, no structure, not a lot of intelligence, very biased information, colors, bad humor, lots of bad taste, some hypocrisy, violence, sex, drugs, counter-culture with famous logos, romance, lots of travelling, vulgarity, new faces that appear and disappear almost immediately, stars vanishing because salaries don’t match expectations, reality TV in the jungle. And advertising, for rasors with never enough blades and the 30 knives for $20 for the night programs, pale lights to not hurt your eyes, non politically-correct language just to be sure, subtitles for deaf people, maybe even someone in the bottom right corner to translate into sign language, bad karaoke, pictures to cut out and pin on your walls, you choose. This should all summarize me quite well. And don’t be scared, I’m not THAT crazy. But I’ll keep pretenting as long as I’m still in this asylum.

She will be attractive but not gorgeous. She will be witty and quick to answer to jokes, sarcasm and casual or more spiritual conversations. She will be open-minded, ready to go abroad and meet new people and new cultures. She will be compassionate and will not judge things and people when she doesn’t know or understand them. She will be as independent at me. She will love arts, especially cinema and painting. She will make sure she can be herself and not a fashion victim or walking advert. She will love me for who I am, nothing less, nothing more. And I’ll do all my best to match that. With a smile. And dimples. Just for her.
