Winters find me working on indoor projects; spring, summer and fall I'll be canoeing or fiddling with my Jeep. I'm flexible - camping and hiking are fun but so is staying at a fine hotel and living the life of luxury. I have been blessed with health, enjoy good conversation, and the company of a small circle of friends. I enjoy eating out and cooking-in; going out to the movies or hanging out at home with DVD's; Sunday drives in the country. I have a really happy life that I am ready to enjoy sharing with someone special. And yes, of course I enjoy moonlit walks, holding hands, sitting in front of a roaring fire on a cold night, weekends at a great B&B, all of the trappings that go with romance.

It's hard to write the specifications for a soulmate. But here goes. Great sense of humor about the world. Can laugh at herself. Fit. Understands how to be friends. Is willing to invest some time in exploring a relationship. Can make a plan - it might have to be changed. Has pursuits in life to which he is committed, whether it be a career or a hobby. Would enjoy some of the things I do. A first date should be casual - conversation over a cup of coffee, or a Sunday brunch would probably be perfect.
