At this point in my life, I am looking for a companion to compliment what I am and what I already have. I have been blessed with a wonderful daughter, a deep sense of spirituality, and a job that I love. I'm intrigued by the simple and free things in life: sunrises, sunsets, rainbows, a child's query, the sensation of touching or being touched, a smile or good deed performed by a stranger, an answer or sudden enlightenment to a mystery, miracles, and an endless array of other things. I'm old fashioned with my values-I'm a one man woman. I'm dedicated and faithful to the man I'm with. The most important qualities in a relationship to me are openess and honesty. My personality is diverse and changes based on the type of interaction. I love to smile, laugh and joke around a lot. I'm a very positive, strong, independent, and confident (but also modest) person. I'm passionate and exercise a lot of perseverance in endeavors, and sometimes tend to be a bit of an extremist for this reason. I love Mother Nature; especially the ocean and its inhabitants. I enjoy taking risks and adventure; the wildest thing I ever did was jump out of a perfectly good airplane (sky diving). I'm an intellectual and find conversation very stimulating. In conversations I'm very open, honest, and direct. I like to write for both business and pleasure (as evidenced in this profile). I love all people regardless of their position or status in life. I'm sensitive-I cry when I see Disney films. I can't remember words to songs, have absolutely no rhythm, but I like to pretend that I can dance.

The One I'm Looking For: He is honest, intelligent and has a good heart. He is true to himself and others. He is brave and willing to take a risk by committing and sharing his heart. He has mastered a "balance" between confidence and modesty (or humbleness). He is strong and does not need to prove his strength to anyone. He is sensitive and can share feelings/emotions. He believes in and exercises chivalry. He has a good sense of humor and is light hearted. He is romantic and affectionate. He is physically and mentally active and fit. He is driven in his career and financially stable. He both wants and respects being with a strong and independent woman. He possesses wisdom, is spiritual, and can perceive/feel what is beneath the surface. He acts as my mentor and guide, but also listens and shows eagerness to learn from me. He knows how to have fun! Oh, yeah! He is family oriented, loves children, and desires to have his own some day. He shows interest in me with persistent follow up.
