CALLIOPE

I've been a good girl this year, but I am very lonely. It seems so many people are alone and seeking that one person who they can share life with. After a few bad past realtionships, I'm gun shy, and well, kind of old now. It was so easy in my 20's to hook up with some fun guys, but not any more. I work hard. My week is usually strenuous and long. I like my job, but I am unhappy it is the focus of my life. I live a modest life, and crave love and companionship. Though I love going out, I don't like to go out alone, nor do I have the kind of income that allows me to spend a lot of time in bars. I don't go to chursch, and I do keep my eyes wide open at the supermarker, but no luck so far. I can make a man very very happy. I'm not really looking for marriage, although, I cannot predict what the future holds for me. I need intimacy and laughter and sharing in my life. I am independent with one son at home, two daughters, two sons in law, and two grandbabies in other towns. My life seems full, but it's not. I am terribly cold and empty inside. Please help me , Santa. I do believe, but it dwindles everyday.

Whatever happens, it's important to note here that I've tried personal ads via the computer before and never gave the "meeting" enough of a chance. We are not going to fall in love in the first few minutes. I know what I find attractive in a man - but that doesn't mean that's who I will fall in love with. Relationships are tough and I want to try again and find love rather than a tall dark hunky man who looks like he's from a catalog. My guy is mellow, good sense of humor, hard working, able to budget money, not addicted to drugs or alcohol, able to take me on dates to the movies, dinner, dancing etc. He loves to visit with people, play games, and make love often. Showing affection is easy for him.
