I am, by my nature, very much interested in the worlds around me that others do not notice. I don't deny that I like beauty, but my kind of beauty is not just red roses and Greek sculpture, though I love both. Really, I am more like Ricky from American Beauty. I am very spiritual, but I am not Christian. In the last four years, I have researched at least thirty out-of-the-ordinary religions, such as Wicca, Druidry, Thelema, Rosicrucianism, Gnosticism, Daoism, and I love them all. For two days, occurring about six days before writing this, I was enlightened temporarily, and I understood why love is real. Among all things, I fear abandonment the most. I like to tell jokes that walk the threshold of social acceptability, then go into deep reflection as to what the reaction means about the listeners. I am very happy when I can talk to strangers on the bus, hear their troubles, and wish them luck. I'm the kind of guy who would respect and enjoy the company of a person who told me they were a criminal, and that they would have attacked me had I not been so nice. In fact, my personal social fantasies involve such unusual, and almost cinematic encounters. As you can see, I like to rant. Still, I am desirous of a person to lavish unending affection upon. My nature is that I need to be needed, and I want to protect, serve, and care for others. I may sound like a police officer, but I wouldn't touch that, since it would infringe upon my private freedom. Good luck!
