I am a very active 64 year old with energy of a 40 year old. I am active in outside activites, plan a garden and exercise daily. I am a general contractor and plan to build a new home with a new lady. She will hopefully play an important role in this undertaking. Maybe somewhere warmer than Nebraska. I believe in an equal and side by side relationship. We will talk things out, I think Iam a good listener and I will value your input in all matters.

Someone who values life as I do and shows me she cares enough about herself in everything she may do. That means not smoking and drinking to much or getting high on drugs. Life is too short to live any other way. Sure wine and cheese is fine I enjoy that my self. I would not impose my standards on anyone if I didn't follow them myself.There is nothing that I would rather look at then a fine women over 40 years that looks like she loves herself and radiates that healhty appearance, because she is taking care of her self. I would hope she would find in my own appearance a healthy man.
