I consider myself to be honest, dependable and goal driven. I am the “responsible type” with an overactive inner child. I was always around people my age in college, and now I find myself in western Maine as the youngest teacher in a rural school district. Give me a good reason to leave my grading at home for an evening and I’ll happily pay for dinner. I also would like to find someone to start playing tennis with again. I am a die-hard Red Sox fan, something I inherited from my grandfather. Family is important to me, and my little sister is my best friend. I like to have a good time in Portland, but I am not interested in the old college scene in terms of partying. I would like to meet someone who knows what she wants in life and has the confidence to go for it. Intelligence is important, as is confidence and sincerity. My mind is too open to assume I know the traits of my "perfect match," but right now I am looking for a friend who appreciates the humor in everyday life and isn’t scared to laugh out loud.Thanks for reading.
