I'm a Wellness Adviser, training in nutrition, because I've personally found the new technology of Glyconutrition really works. I'm excited by the changes I'm seeing in my friends and family, and am happy to share this information with others. Two of my great loves are writing, travelling, and the arts. I've worked as a theatre manager, radio producer, newspaper editor, and art curator, and these are areas in which my children now work. I'm a natural with animals, and enjoy music, surfing, reading, and walking. More than anything, I like meeting new people.

Forming lasting friendships is a key to happiness. So is maintaining good health. I'm lucky to be able to combine these in my Wellness business.
