I'm a single mom with one kid left at home. I was married for 20 years to a man who died of colon cancer in 2001. Life is too short not to be happy. I am a mother/baby nurse and have done this for 15 years. My kids are 23, 20 and 14. I have one grand daughter that is 10 months old now. I like to go out, stay home, whatever and am adaptable to almost any situation. I've lived in this area since I was 10 years old and my kids have gone/go to the same schools that I did. No one is perfect, including me.

I am looking for someone to be happy with -- not to make me happy, nor, for me to make happy.... I am honest and I expect the same. He would like to travel or be willing to travel to new places and explore new things. He would be my best friend and companion, yet have things of his own to do. He would be stable and not dependent. Ok, it's a start anyway.
