Im a true vegan man, and think its possible to explane everything with this word. Im vegetarian 20 years and the last 5 years Im full vegan, and all time I use macrobiotics meals, but Im not in full macrob. its very difficult to find organic food and all that to make balansed meals in my condition in life, but I know that only the macrob. is very high in this area in humen nurishment, I would like very mush to improve my macrob. cooking. Today is very difficult to meet a true macr. people. I never met a humen who is Vegan in my level. I don't know why or how is possible that the peopleCan not see the basic biological law that every animals food and productAre harm for humens. That why I think its very import for me to find macro mate for me and all other condition or properties or other life Area can be adapt or make very easy same changes. If same one is macro I follow my experience in this field must have a nice behaviour, positive energy, good health, a nice look, nice skin, wish to work and to help to other people, and many other good properties. I live alone and I have very simple life, just is work, then choping, coking vegan meals, read new paper, walk or ride bicycle in nature, ply guitar so that is all.
