I came into the world in 1945, born in Traverse City, MI. I resided in MI all my life. I'm a middle child, who has done many different things in my adult life. I enjoyed being a lady barber about 25 years, currently I am working as a Direct Care Worker in a group home for six wonderful ladies. The work is very challenging on occasion, but that is good. It sure isn't boring. I live in a modest 2 bedroom home. My youngest son lives with me while he is completing his training to become an EMT. I am a Christian woman who enjoys going to church every Sunday, I am very active in my church, sing in the choir, enjoy reading my Bible on a regular basis, listen to Christian and gospel music, sometimes easy listening soft rock. I like to play cards and board games. Camping and picnics are things I like to do in the summer. I have a great saying that goes like this: "You catch 'em and clean 'em and I'll cook 'em and we will both eat them (fresh fish)." We have lots of outdoor activities to enjoy in Michigan, I hope we get to enjoy some of them, I hope they will be favorites of yours too. Since springtime I have been taking in lots of exercise, finding that I really like it, I go to my gym six days a week. Feeling more fit and healthy now, it's great. I love to watch TV, movies, musicals & dramas are my favorite venue. I have 3 children, 11 grandchildren. They are to love of my life. Easter is my favorite holiday.
